  1. This is a great photo Daniel and gives us a very good idea of the kinds of things they are learning. How much theory do you teach them? What sort of teaching strategies do you use in the theory lessons?

  2. When they have their teory weeks i spend one day a week with the class. My strategi is learning by doing, i try to make them learn the thing they dont do at the companys. For exampel this oppen fireplace, then they have to come in from thecompanys to do just this lesson.

  3. A similar situation is the case in Australia. Our apprentices come into the school to do their theory work. They also learn about things that their companies dont teach them. Do you ever find that this kind of division of work is a problem? Sometimes our students complain about this.

    1. Students do not always understand why they should do some exercises. They feel that they do not need it "because one do not do this in their companies."

  4. Daniel we have exactly the same thing happen in Australia. If a company specialises in one particular job then the stduents do not feel that they need to know anything else. Our teachers think it is important that our stduents have a broad range of skills so that they can move from one employer if they wish to. Do you feel the same way?
