We cant compet with the jobs they do on the company. Soo i would like the school too be a complement to the company. How efecktive the lessons is depends a lot on with type of exersize we do. The fire place is very effective because the students know that this type of praktis is usfull knoledge.
Yes if students can see that what they are learning is practical then this seems to motivate them more. The theory is sometimes hard to relate to the practical until they are actually doing a job. Do you find this with your students?
